Purpose-built with function, sustainability and efficiency in mind, the facility supports the maintenance, storage, and operations of the RBR Coast Guard fleet.

This project revitalizes a dilapidated building within park grounds, transforming it into a multi-use development that enhances both the structure and its natural surroundings. Designed to serve as a hub for learning and community engagement, the facility includes meeting and convention spaces, lodging for visiting horticultural students, and a greenhouse to support hands-on horticultural education. Victualling Yard - Mixed-Use Development

This exciting project sought to breathe new life into Dockyard through the redevelopment of the historic Victualling Yard buildings — structures rich with character and heritage. The vision reimagined the site as a vibrant mixed-use development incorporating a hotel, offices, restaurants, retail, and commercial spaces, all organized around a central courtyard. The courtyard was designed to transform into an all-weather event space, featuring a beautifully detailed glass and tensile-structure roof inspired by nautical form and rhythm. Drawings and renders were completed by Brick Verde (consultant) for Wilson Allen.
